Roxana Padureanu is a member of the Madrid Bar Association. She has a solid background in law and business administration, supported by a dual university degree in Law and Business Administration and Management (ADE) from the University of Alcalá de Henares (UAH).
She also holds a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession, focusing on social jurisdiction, from the same university. She further complemented her training with a Specialized Course on Foreign Workers and Expatriates, held at the Center for Financial Studies (CEF). This has allowed her to specialize in both national labor regulations and international mobility of workers.
With extensive experience as a legal advisor, her practice focuses on labor law, supporting companies and collaborating with human resources departments and business management on key labor issues, providing legal solutions that ensure regulatory compliance.As a member of the Selier Abogados Labor Law team, she is responsible for providing legal assistance during conciliation proceedings and representing clients before the Labor Courts, as well as before the Labor Inspectorate and Social Security authorities, handling claims and disciplinary proceedings.
