José María Cabrales Acosta is a lawyer with a distinguished professional career since 1988, specialising in commercial and procedural law.
Throughout his career, he has held leading positions in renowned law firms and provided legal advice to national and international companies in areas such as corporate law, M&A and litigation. During his time at VACIERO, José María was the Commercial and Litigation Partner, responsible for the restructuring and consolidation of the area in the Madrid office. He provided legal advice to listed and unlisted companies, as well as supervising mergers and acquisitions.
Previously, as Managing Partner and founder of ROSCAB LEGAL ADVISERS, he managed to consolidate a personalised firm adapted to the demands of its clients, building up the loyalty of companies with a turnover of between 10 and 50 million euros.
With a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and a master’s degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the IE Business School, Cabrales combines his in-depth legal knowledge with a solid ability to lead teams and face challenges in complex business environments.
