Pilar Presa holds a degree in Law, Labour Relations and Human Resources from the Complutense University of Madrid. She has an Official Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from Nebrija University. This training has given her extensive knowledge of Employment and Social Security Law from the beginning of her professional career.
Within this area of law, Pilar has specialist in providing legal advice to companies in different sectors and in providing legal assistance in Employment Jurisdiction Courts and the Employment and Social Security Department.
She has been involved in obtaining numerous certificates of excellence for companies, helping them to comply with the General Disability Act.
She also has specific training in equal opportunities between women and men and its practical application in business and human resources.
