Bárbara López graduated in Law from the University of La Rioja in 2010. She completed postgraduate studies at the University of Deusto and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Camilo José Cela University. She is also a qualified Judicial and Public Prosecutor.
She has built her career in the Corporate and Litigation departments of national and international law firms. She has mainly focused on providing legal advice to both large corporations and individuals and has overseen the legal management of legal proceedings. She has extensive experience in legal representation in courts and tribunals throughout Spain.
She has worked in particular in providing legal advice on commercial and civil law, including contractual and extra-contractual liability, corporate, insolvency proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings, property and estate, corporate disputes, challenging corporate agreements, liability of corporate directors and litigation on consumer rights, banking or insurance, among others.
