
Cristina Herranz has a diploma in Labour Relations from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos of Madrid in 2009 and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the European School of Management (EUDE).
She has extensive experience in Employment Law and Social Security, with over ten years giving strategic advice to private companies and collaborating with them in achieving their objectives under the regulatory framework.
She has designed and participated in collective bargaining processes for restructuring of workforces and internal flexibility strategies. In these processes, she has focused on seeking the best alternatives for companies, understanding the employment area as a critical element in business management and direction, adapting to the business’s particularities and the sectors to which they belong.
She has represented numerous companies before the Labour Inspectorate, defending her clients’ interests concerning various regulatory changes and public authorities’ campaigns.
In recent years, Cristina Herranz has specialised in the regulatory framework for equal opportunities between men and women, focusing on the business area, participating in preparing and negotiating Equality Plans for international companies.
She is the author of numerous articles and publications on current legislation and jurisprudence in the employment field.
