He has extensive experience advising companies across multiple sectors, both national and international, on all types of labor and social security law matters, as well as on the negotiation and implementation of restructuring and reorganization processes.
He also has broad experience in litigation, providing legal representation and defense in conciliation proceedings, mediations, and court proceedings before all levels of the labor jurisdiction.
His experience also extends to labor law advice within the framework of commercial operations and transactions, including the analysis of labor contingencies and the preparation of due diligence reports.
