Óscar Moreno holds a Law Degree from Carlos III University of Madrid and has furthered his education with a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice and a specialization in Business Law from ICADE, reinforcing his focus on corporate legal counsel.
He currently works at Selier Abogados in the Commercial-Civil Law department, where he advises companies on corporate and commercial matters. His areas of expertise include corporate restructuring, company formation, capital increases and reductions, holding company structures and spin-offs, as well as the drafting and review of commercial contracts and corporate documents.
He also has experience in civil and civil-commercial proceedings, enabling him to offer comprehensive legal support to companies and organizations.
