Javier Antón is an employment lawyer, with a degree in Law from the University of Alicante. He also has an Official Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from the same University and a specialisation through the Master’s Degree in Employment and Social Security Law from the University of Valencia, as well as a Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy offered by the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos de Madrid.
In his career, he has had extensive experience in providing legal advice to companies, employees and the self-employed from a legal and technical perspective. He also provides legal assistance both in the mediation phase and in Employment Jurisdiction Courts.
Within this branch of law, Antón has specialised in its procedural aspect, as well as in the analysis and interpretation of different labour regulations.
