Daniel Gómez has a Law Degree with a Higher Degree in Legal Sciences from the Pontificia University of Comillas (ICADE). He holds a Master’s degree in Business Internationalisation from Nebrija University, a Master’s degree in Bankruptcy Law from the Miguel de Cervantes European University and studies as a Specialist in Restructuring from Lefebvre Formación.
His career encompasses over 25 years of experience in the practice of law, and he has specialised in procedural and commercial law. In the last 10 years, he has focused all his activity on the field of insolvency law, where he has worked as a partner in firms such as Ceca Magán Abogados and Andersen Tax & Legal.
In addition, Daniel Gómez has been involved in numerous restructuring processes and sales of production units, as well as acting as insolvency administrator in over one hundred insolvency proceedings. He also has extensive experience in training where, in addition to completing his doctoral thesis on Restructuring and Sale of Production Units, he teaches at Nebrija University and ISDE [Institute of Law and Economics].
