Pablo Jaquete

Pablo Jaquete has been a practising lawyer since 1998 and has been a member of ICAM since that date.

He specialises in Employment and Social Security Law and has developed his practice mainly in the areas of employment litigation and collective bargaining.

During his career, he has represented and defended in court the interests of companies belonging to different sectors, both in the public and private sectors, and in all types of collective, individual and social security proceedings.

In addition, as a specialist in Collective Bargaining, Pablo Jaquete has led negotiations and advised companies on redundancy procedures, negotiation of company agreements and deals, collective transfers and suspension and modification of working conditions.
