Pilar Jaquete has been a practising lawyer since 1992. She specialises in Tax Advice and Consultancy, as well as Corporate Commercial Law.
During her career, she has worked as a tax advisor for numerous companies in the distribution, services, transport and industry sectors. She has collaborated with them both in the planning and monitoring of their tax policy, tax inspections and contentious proceedings, as well as in the design and implementations of all types of corporate transactions, shareholders’ agreements and family shareholder agreements.
She enhanced her profile with a Master’s Degree in Taxation and Tax Consultancy at the CEF (Financial Studies Centre), the Legal Project Management Course at IE, as well as the Specialist Course in Company Management and Administration delivered by Know How Business College, where she was top of her class.
As a training enthusiast, she is a trainer in numerous specialist courses on tax matters, both in-house and in-company for the company’s clients, as well as a regular speaker at informative conferences organised by the company.
She regularly publishes specialist articles in Bae Magazine. She has been a member of the Tax Affairs Committee of CEIM [Business Confederation of Madrid] for several years.
She has spent a large part of her professional career at Atisa, where in recent years she has been the head of its Legal Department. In this position, she has been responsible, among other things, for the direction and management of the team of lawyers, definition and monitoring of sales targets, definition and promotion of new products and projects and coordination of the group’s internal training in legal matters.
