Luis Campos holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Charles III University of Madrid and an Executive Master’s Degree in Legal Business Practice from Garrigues Study Centre.
During his career, he has specialised in Employment and Social Security Law and has extensive experience in advising local and multinational companies operating in a wide range of sectors in Spain. He has participated in corporate restructuring processes, analysing the risks associated with such operations from an employment perspective and preparing Due Diligence reports.
Similarly, he has defended the interests of his clients with different administrative bodies and provided legal assistance in courts and tribunals.
With a strong international focus, he also has specific training on foreign employees, expatriates and mobility.
He was admitted to the Madrid Bar Association in 2012.
